Writing
a rap is a fun project.– it’s just like writing
a poem.
Follow
these simple steps and you’ll have your own words for
a rap!
- Think
about a topic for your rap. We chose RESPECT. Your Idea?(
Keep it positive, please!)
- Write
down some ideas about your topic.

Write down some rhyming words that would fit in your
rap.

Now it’s time to listen to some background music and
play around with your words. Once you find a line that you
like, be sure to write it down so you don’t forget
it! If you have a Mac you can record your rap in IMovie!
